With this document, pursuant to articles. 13 and 122 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”), and pursuant to the provisions of the General measure of the Data Protection Commissioner of 8 May 2014, the ECWF as data owner provides users some information about used cookies.
What are cookies?
Cookies are dispatched to the browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) from the web site, in particular by the web server (the computer that is running the Web site). During the surfing on internet, the user may also receive some cookies from different web sites (“third parties”), set directly from operators of these web sites and used for this purposes, following procedures defined by the websites.

Social buttons used by the website in the “Contact” page, in the footer of the page, in the area dedicated to the publication of the company data, are links that refer to the account of the Holder on social networks depicted. Through the use of these buttons third-party cookies are installed.
Social buttons used on the “Blog” allow the social network that the icon refers to acquire data on the card. Through the use of these buttons third-party cookies are installed, including profiling. The website, however, does not share any information or navigation user data acquired through its website with social networks accessible thanks to Social buttons.

Rights of the user
Art. 7 D. Lgs. 196/2003
1. The user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The user has the right to obtain information:
a) about origin of the personal data;
b) about reasons and methods of treatment;
c) about logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic instruments;
d) about identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) about subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. The user has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The user has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
